RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased on our website, please notify us within 30 days of the date your package was delivered. We will gladly exchange your product or refund you in the original form of payment (excluding shipping costs) as long as the products are in their original condition, clean, and with the tags still attached. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

If you purchased your Sea & Grass products through a partnering store, you will have to process your return with that vendor.

INSTRUCTION FOR RETURNS

  • All returns must be approved via email to start the process. Please email hello@seaandgrass.com with your order number, contact information, explanation for your return, or request an exchange. We’d love the chance to make it right with you!
  • With your return approved, we will provide further instructions before you pack your order.
  • Please include your original order number and contact information in your returned package for faster processing times. Returns will be delayed without the proper documentation.
  • You will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return. We recommend using USPS or UPS because they offer free tracking and typically deliver within 3-4 business days.
  • All products must be returned in their original condition, clean, and with the tags still attached. Any items without tags cannot be returned.
  • Once we receive your package, you will receive an email with the refund confirmation and your funds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

METHOD OF REFUND PAYMENT

You will receive an email with your Return Notification to notify you once your return has been received. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your item. Please allow 1-5 business days for your refund to post to your original form of payment once the return has been processed.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Please note that customized items (including monograms) are final sale. Also, any items purchased at a discount of 35% or more are considered final sale as well.

INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES

At the moment we do not accept international returns. International customers are required to pay for customs and duties incurred on items shipped.
