For domestic orders, our shipping team processes and packages your order within 24-72 hours during business days (M-F), excluding federal holidays. Expedited shipping is available at your expense at the time of checkout.
Once an order has been shipped delivery times will vary depending on the destination .
For international orders, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. All customs and duties fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note all International orders are FINAL SALE.
Each handbag has a light protective coating. Spot clean with a damp cloth. If the bag needs reshaping follow these simple instructions: spray down with water, stuff a large towel or cloth inside the bag to hold shape and leave it out in the sun for a couple hours to dry to hold the desired shape.
Yes, we do. A flat rate is calculated at checkout. International orders can take between 10-30 days to arrive. Please note all International orders are FINAL SALE. International customers may be required to pay for customs and duties incurred on items shipped.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at hello@seaandgrass.com within 3 days of delivery to make a claim to report damaged, missing or incorrect products with images. The claim will be reviewed and upon approval, we will ship out a new item to you.
Final Sale, personalized, gift cards and international items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Most of the time packages have either been delivered to a nearby address or will show up on the following day. We recommend allowing 3-5 days for delivery and then contacting the carrier. Once a package leaves our warehouse, the postal carrier assumes responsibility to ensure that it is delivered timely and accurately.If you are unable to resolve the issue with the postal carrier, feel free to reach out to us at hello@seaandgrass.com and we can assist you further.
