How do I return a product?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please, don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do everything in our power to make it better.
Any item purchased on sale is considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return or exchange due to the fact that these items were highly discounted and not restocked.
When returns are eligible, returns will be made to original payment method and all items subject to a $10 restocking fee. Return shipping cost will need to be paid by the customer.
- Please try to ship it in the original box received.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for an item price refund minus shipping charges incurred by the seller. We do not refund shipping cost.
- Damaged, defective items will be replaced immediately upon contacting me. I will try my best to get it to you again promptly at no additional cost. Defective items must have been bought from the store within 14 days of receipt. We do not covered defective items after 14 days of receipt.
- International shipments are not eligible for returns at this time.

- All items for returns/exchanges must be in a sale-able condition and items must be unused with original hang tag, nothing must be altered from original state.
- You also must have the original receipt or proof of online purchase if received as a gift.

- If any items are shipped back to Sea & Grass and have not followed our terms & conditions we are not responsible for return shipping cost.
